Dr Susan Ni Chuileann is aware of the Children First Act of 2015, and she can be trusted to carry out the following when assessing any child under the age of 18 years of age;

a) That she will undertake an assessment of any potential risk for harm to a child while availing of her psychological services;

b) That she will have prepared a written statement referred to as a Child Safeguarding Statement specifying the service being provided and the principles and procedures to be observed to ensure as far as is practicable , that a child, while availing of the service, is safe from harm; and

c) That she will always appoint a relevant person for the purpose of the Child Safeguarding Statement.
